NO CASH will be accepted on site. 6% BUYERS COMMISSION IS CHARGED. VAT will be levied. A Cash deposit fee and R750 Administration fee. will be levied. Buyers being financed must produce a letter stating same; Plus Original Certified Copy of Id prior to auction and are still liable for a deposit.
